Terms and conditions
EtherThings is a fantasy name for our collectibles, given to the complete collection of ERC-721 tokens. From the moment you purchase a token from our collection, you become the owner of it, you can use it in any way you want, as long as it is in line with your rights, respecting the copyright of the work, and respecting these terms and conditions.
EtherThings is a fantasy name, not a trademark. This name is attached to the work of art, being an inseparable part of this collection.
You agree not to use your EtherThing or the collection's name (EtherThings) in any activity that involves hate speech, racism, pornography or any other illegal content.
You, the owner, are entirely responsible for the security and management of your own private Ethereum wallets and for validating all transactions and contracts generated by this site prior to approval. Our smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, so there is no ability to undo, roll back or restore any transactions. This website and its connected services are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranty of any kind. By using this site, you assume sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving our collectibles items, as well as your own items, as well as items from third parties with whom you may interact.
We hope to continue our project and make the community grow, but we do not guarantee future developments. You, the owner, agree to purchase our non-fungible token as a collectible only.
Non-fungible tokens should not be seen as an investment. EtherThing is just a collectible to be used as an avatar, a non-fungible token for you to collect. We do not promise or guarantee that this non-fungible token will have any future value. You, the owner, understand that they have no inherent monetary value and should be treated as nothing more than a fun collection.
You, the owner, are entirely responsible for any tax liability that may arise from minting or reselling the non-fungible EtherThing token.
You, the owner, agree to waive any class action status, and any legal dispute in the legal relationship may only be made individually (any legal dispute around the project which you may choose to bring can only be done on an individual basis).
The project is not targeted towards children. You represent that you are 18 years of age or the legal age of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
